Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by

website or via another legitimate means
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following
sources in the following scenarios: - If you follow us on social media, such as our official Instagram
account, “@davidsontalent” - If we contact you via social media or email using information you
have provided to a third party, such as an IMDb page or your acting
website.
We use the information that you have given us in order to satisfactorily
answer any questions, comments, queries or concerns you may have and
to foster any professional networking opportunities which may be
appropriate.
We may share this information with other agents we work with. In some
cases, and only with approval, we may provide information such as your
name and social media handle and a picture. We will also always provide
this information, where required, under the law. We do not ever sell your
data to any third party.

bases we rely on for processing this information are: (i) you consent by

client and wish to end your relationship with us. (ii) We may also store

for us to do so. This includes to comply with the above purpose to comply
with the law. (iii) your information may also be stored where we have a
legitimate interest in a business relationship.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored behind a password protected server.
We keep identifiable information on our servers for the length of your
agreement. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our
servers and any backup copies from hard drives.
