Leslie Hoffman

Leslie Hoffman is a former stunt performer, stunt co-ordinator and actress, most known for her work in the horror classic, A Nightmare on Elm Street, alongside legends like Heather Langenkamp, Amanda Wyss, Ronee Blakley, John Saxon, Johnny Depp, Robert Englund and under the direction of one of the main innovators of the horror genre, Wes Craven. She plays the "Hall Guard" in the dream of the film's main protagonist, Nancy Thompson. She speaks only two lines and they have gone down in horror history as some of the most iconic: "Where's your pass?" and "Hey Nancy, no running in the hallways."

She would team up with Wes again multiple times in her career, including in 1997, when she performed stunts in the sequel to his horror classic, Scream. In Scream 2, she performed stunts for Laurie Metcalf, who in turn played Mrs Loomis/Debbie Salt.

However, horror is not the only genre Leslie has worked in during her illustrious career. Leslie has also been involved in Star Trek, in the Voyager and Deep Space Nine incarnations of the franchise. She has also featured in The Flintstones: Viva Rock Vegas, as Queen Elizabeth II in the Naked Gun, Airplane, Clue, Deadly Friend, Alien Nation, The Munsters and many other titles.

Leslie was the first stuntwoman to be appointed to the Screen Actors' Guild Board of Directors and has been honoured by her hometown with a Walk of Fame plaque.
